Denver’s Premier Home Tour
The Parade of Homes takes on a new look in 2009. This year the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, (HBA) will produce a multiple-site tour of $1 million plus homes called the “Denver Luxury Home Tour.” The tour, which will be Denver’s largest display of new luxury homes, will be open to the public Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, June 5 through July 5.
The tour will include an estimated 15-25 homes in premier communities across the Metro Denver region in such anticipated locations as Cherry Creek Village, Stapleton, Pradera in Parker, The Timbers in Parker as well as loft residences in downtown Denver. Homes will be selected from more than 50 HBA custom builders with the final tour determined in late March. Criteria for selection includes home value, unique features, location and level of finish as judged by a special jury of industry experts.
The Denver Luxury Home Tour will demonstrate the latest in design, technology and architectural concepts in residential construction. An estimated 30,000 visitors will be provided with a tour “passport” that allows them to tour as many homes as they choose during the event’s five weekend run. Few Colorado events attract such a high end demographic consumer profile and provide sponsors such multifaceted opportunities to create meaningful brand experiences
